Here's a couple of images I recently shot during drive-bys.

I really like this shot, too bad the lines are naked. It's common in Dallas to normally see power lines filled with birds. Thousands of them. Oh well, not at this particular moment.

This is off 635. I've been waiting for a random opportunity to make a photograph like this. At first I didn't like the end result. Didn't like the position, didn't have enough time to make more photos, but that's okay. The pic has grown on me. I know I could make things easier to get the photograph I want, but for me that takes away some of the fun. I want a my photo ops for this blog to pop-up without necessarily looking or planning for them.

Another year...another calendar

For years now I've been using GECU's tiny calendars, top-center, but since leaving El Paso they're harder to get. Don't get me wrong, I can STLL get one but it's too much trouble. I got a new calendar for Christmas, a little larger AND visual, left, but as you can see where's the freakin dates? This is no calendar! This is a hot blond poster. haha. Which I don't mind! But c'mon, I need to schedule and plan my work weeks! I need to see days and dates, sometimes even look back a month or two. Sigh. It's all good though. The hot blond will be replaced before the month is out with a huge, detailed calendar...ahhhh.

It's been a year!

Wow! I can't believe almost a year has gone by since updating this bloggy blog. Man, im so bad at this! Well, here I go again on my own...going down the only road I've ever known..like a drifter I was born...ok ok...I'll stop with the Whitesnake songs and get to the blogging.

I told myself I would keep this blog updated weekly so please...if anybody is out there paying attention..please please, if it's been awhile, remind me (in a mean way without causing any physical harm) to update!!

Here are a few images that I liked from shooting and driving my way to El Paso and back to Dallas. I've done the trip about three times already and I can't say it gets any easier.

On the way to El Paso. I forget exactly where this area is, but if you've done the drive you might know.

 Heading back to Dallas. Little..yellow..fast.

The little bus that could. Who in the world lives out here in these towns?? Gotta be tough growing up as a kid. The local hang out must be a DQ.

Please do not attempt to point, shoot and drive. Leave it to the idiot professionals.
